Arranging cover and payment

We will agree on the cost, payee and procedure for issuing an insurance policy before payment. The calculation method depends on the product, insurer and country.

Russian insurance policies

You can agree on payment using the official link of the insurance company or directly using its bank details. When applying for an electronic MTPL insurance policy, use the insurer’s confirmed payment channel.

The possibility of other methods of accepting insurance premiums is checked based on the specific contract and the powers of the recipient. Before payment, I will inform you who you are paying and on what basis, as well as what supporting documents you will receive.

If you are abroad

Write your country and preferred currency. I will check the availability of official payment with a foreign card, local details or transfer through an available payment service. Issues of transfers through Wise, Revolut and other methods, including cryptocurrency, are discussed individually - the possibility depends on the applicable rules, participants and the specific order.

Do not transfer money until you confirm the recipient, destination and payment method. This site does not currently debit funds or accept bank card details.

Reward for help

The insurer normally pays my commission. A separate fee may apply to an unusual request or cover arranged abroad, but only if agreed in advance. I confirm the total cost before you order; discounts and additional costs depend on the offer.

Receiving an insurance policy and confirming payment

Basic insurance policies are issued electronically. When product rules require a special form, we will separately coordinate personal collection, collection from a partner, or delivery. The procedure for issuing confirmation of payment depends on the insurer and the payment method.

Corrections, cancellations and returns

If you find an error or want to change or terminate the contract, please contact me. The conditions, terms, grounds and amount of the return are determined by the specific agreement and applicable rules. I will help you contact the insurer or the partner who issued the insurance policy; The site does not provide automatic refunds.
